A Bird in the Hand...

Hmm.
Turns out the whole two boyfriends thing wasn't that good an idea. Because now I sort of don't have any. I think you were all right, you probably can date two boys at once a) if they know about it and b) if one of them isn't quite possibly the most exciting, wonderful, gorgeous, amazing man you ever met in your entire life.
But we're not going to dwell on that.
We're going to dwell on lovely things like Magnolia Bakery cupcakes, cocktails at Little Branch and handbags (dresses, jewellery and quite frankly, everything else) from Marc Jacobs. Just the general wonder that is New York City. I can't believe I'm living here. It's still raining and ridiculously humid but apparently it's still raining in London (has it stopped at all since June?) so I suppose I may as well be here, right?
And he might call me.
Maybe.
Just a little bit.
Or maybe I should call him?
Oh, I HATE this bit!
Feel free to try and distract me with any and all tales of your own break-ups/will-I-won't-I-call-him stories?

I had the worst break up of my life last year.... it was awefull not only did i find out my boyfriend had slept with 3 other girls one of them my best mate!! I also found out that he had decided he would make some " home videos " without me knowing about it... so when we broke up he thought it would be a good idea to put it out there sent it around my village... it was awefull :( but i took my friends advise to get out there again i didnt follow "The Rule" but i managed to bag myself a new boyfriend who is great! :)I'm half way through your new book and i love it!! i so wanna go to new york and this book is making me want to more and more!!! love it can not wait for the new one... I heart hollywood?!

hello AngelaI have just finished reading your book it was amazing. im sooooo exited for the 'i heart Hollywood' book to come out in january 2010.
oooooo Alex is just a great keeps for you, think he is the type of guy i would go for... you have got to follow your heart Angela and live life to the full. new york sounds fantastic a trip i would just love to do in the near future

Just finished reading the book, it one of the best books i've ever read, just right up my street. I've always wanted to go to New York but now can't wait till have saved enough to go on huge shopping spree especially to Mark Jacobs and Max Brenners (that hot choclate sounds fantastic). When I was in New York last summer my boyfriend took me on the Sex and the City tour (he loved it!) and we had the MAgnolia Bakery cupcakes, they were to die for!! Next time I got back I am definately going to go to Serendipity.As for willi-i-wont-i stories...im a loser, i always call :(

I can't believe I have been to New York 4 times now and I still haven't had a Cupcake from the Magnolia Bakery - Ive read up that they now have one by the Rockerfella Centre so when I am next there I will be trying them to see if they live up to their high reputation!I got round to the Fffffozen Hot Chocolate at Serendipity last time so now have the Cupcakes to look forward to!
