COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Competition Prize - The “Prize” is a mini Bourjois goodie bag set comprising of no more than 15 products from their current range and not exceeding the value of £60. There are 5 goodie bags available.
- The Prize is non-transferable and HarperCollins reserves the right to provide an alternative Prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. The alternative will not be cash.
- HOW TO ENTER - Entry is free. All registered entries for this Competition must be received by 23:59:59 (GMT) on 6th July, 2010. Entries received after this date will be excluded from the Competition. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries which are not received by HarperCollins.
- Proof of sign up is not proof of receipt. By entering the Competition you accept these terms and conditions.
- Employees of HarperCollins and their families are not permitted to enter the competition.
- Participants need to answer 1 multiple choice question and provide a valid email address to enter. The winner will be picked at random from all correct entries received in accordance with the terms listed herein.
- By entering the draw the winner agrees to allow the free use of their name, photograph and general location for publicity and news purposes in connection with the Competition.
- The winner will be notified by email no later than 1st August 2010. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time, HarperCollins reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries in accordance with these terms.
- HarperCollins’ decision as to who qualifies as the winner is final.
- HarperCollins will not enter into any correspondence relating to the winning entry.
- HarperCollins excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this survey and draw and reserves the right to cancel the draw at any stage.
- Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

- The competition is open to UK and Ireland residents only.
